Revel in the bursting fun and spectacle of an outdoor performance at Storm King with WHOOP DEE DOO, a fake public-access TV show and contemporary art project. In partnership with the Newburgh Free Library and Storm King Art Center, WHOOP DEE DOO (WDD), created the performances through a series of community-engaged workshops in collaboration with local performance groups, local youth, and young adults. The project culminates in a series of short live-filmed shows at Storm King Art Center.
Performances at 1:30pm & 3:30pm (approximately 1 hour duration)
1:30pm performance requires purchasing admission to Storm King
3:30pm performance is free for all (including admission to Storm King starting at 3pm)

Need a ride to the shows?
Hop on the free round-trip shuttle from Newburgh Free Library to Storm King at 12:45pm for the 1:30pm show OR at 2:45pm for the 3:30pm show - no registration required.
Shuttle returns from Storm King to the Newburgh Free Library at 4:45pm.

ACCESSIBILITY
Restrooms
The closest accessible portable restroom stalls are located near the South Picnic area. There is about 120 ft. of level, mown grass between the paved pathway and the restroom enclosures.
Picnicking
Wheelchair accessible picnic tables are located in the South Picnic area. There is about 30 ft. of mostly level, mown grass between the paved pathway and the picnic table.
ASL interpretation is available upon request two weeks in advance. Every effort will be made to honor requests made with less notice.
