 d French Horn\nOriginal Compositions and Improv\nScott Beall and Bill Coc
 hran found a striking chemistry between the acoustic guitar and electroni
 cally enhanced French Horn while performing with the Indian raga inspired
  fusion group “Clear Light Ensemble.”  This show combines compositions fr
 om Scott Beall's CD "Out To Play" with a series of new works that range f
 rom ambient and Indian raga inspired improv to compositions rooted in pop
 \, jazz\, blues and folk. This Beall/Cochran duo brings their audience on
  an uplifting journey that makes for a highly unique and inspiring event\
 , not to be missed!\nSCOTT BEALL – acoustic guitar and compositions – Sco
 tt’s performance and composition style is wildly diverse and uniquely his
  own\, honed in the San Francisco music scene over many decades of studio
  work and performing in clubs and concerts.  Described as “the essence of
  emotion” by the East Bay Review in Oakland CA\, his influences include P
 at Metheny\, Jeff Beck\, Carlos Santana\, John McLaughlin\, and a wide ra
 nge of jazz\, classical\, and pop/rock composers.  He has backed up such 
 artists as John Hendricks and Cal Tjader and opened shows for the likes o
 f Stevie Ray Vaughn\, Johnny Winter\, Billy Idol\, Huey Lewis\, Mike Ster
 n\, Robben Ford and many others.\nBILL COCHRAN - French Horn and electron
 ics - Bill is a conservatory trained horn player who has pioneered the us
 e of the Horn through electronic tools\, such as looping\, harmonizers\, 
 and traditional guitar effects\, creating a highly unique and ethereal ef
 fect.  Bill's background is rooted in an active career in the classical m
 usic scene as principle player for the Cleveland Ballet and Opera Orchest
 ra\, the Ohio Chamber Orchestra\, and the Woodstock Chamber Orchestra.\nR
